M.A.D. (MAD MAN’S FELLOWSHIP): The vision of the Men Armed and Dangerous Fellowship is to bring men together in worship, prayer, teaching, and fellowship. Our goal is to bring attention toward the purpose and responsibilities of men so that they may unleash of their God given potential to become strong leaders in their homes, churches, communities, and professions. We desire to build strong relationships, while addressing the needs of men in maintaining and improving their relationships with God, their spouses, their children & each other.
GOD’S WARRIOR WOMEN: The mission of God’s Warrior Women’s Ministry is to prepare and send out a well-equipped Triumphant Army of Warrior Women. As God’s Army of Warrior Women our mission entails the following:
- To walk in the victory that Jesus gave us through salvation
- To live a life that is filled with His Spirit and Power
- To be at peace with who we are in Christ
- To live a fulfilled life with purpose and meaning
SINGLES MINISTRY: This ministry is designed to meet the needs of the never married, separated, divorced, widowed and single parents of all ages. The goal of this ministry is to equip singles in the Word of God and to be strong and stand in the state they are in.
YOUTH MINSTRY: This ministry focuses on teenagers and teaches them how to handle the transition into adulthood through the Word of God. The mission of the Youth Ministry at Zion Christian Center is to teach and guide young adults to live out their commitment to Jesus Christ in practical ways as they minister, support, and encourage one another through serving the world through God’s eyes. Our vision is for all teens to deepen positive values, have motivation to things in a godly way so that they can lead others to Christ. Together, they will be able to overcome any fears, doubts, and self-esteem issues.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY: Our Children’s Ministry goal is to provide quality programs and activities that will enable us to instill biblical principles and values into the whole life of a child. Our children’s ministry consist of classes for pre-schoolers (2 – 5 years old) and elementary (6 – 9 years old). Each class has dedicated children’s teacher with a desire to see our children settled in the Word of God. Each class offers teachings, activities, object lessons, praise and worship and ministry times. Our children will change their homes, schools, neighborhoods, communities and the world. Proverbs 22:6
PRISON/JAIL MINISTRY: This ministry is designed to take the Word of God to men and women who are incarcerated in jails and prisons. This is done by means of teaching, preaching, bible study and also various study materials (i.e. books, tracts, questionnaires, etc.). Matthew 25:36
PRAISE TEAM: We base our worship belief on what the Bible teaches concerning God inhabiting the praises of His people. We believe we are to worship God in spirit and in truth and with the sound of instruments (Psalm 150). We believe in dancing and rejoicing before the Lord, clapping our hands and lifting our voices. II Chronicles 5:13-14
